This is the only volume on Amazon, but Wikipedia says there’s 7. Judging on the size of it in this video does this contain all 7 volumes?

This manga is paced like a real horror movie, so if you wanna read a project that’s a complete story from beginning to end I recommend reading this!

And it’s clear he doesn’t fully understand what was going on because the reason she doesn’t say “Do you have a sister?” Is explained in the story.
