I read this every Halloween I am so glad you covered it. This story freak me out and I feel it very weird way of saying. "Hey don't talk to strangers." Japan has alot legend like that.

Why haven't I heard of this manga?! This is like a anime version of Freddy Krueger or any iconic movie monster. Going around killing people and moving on there's that whole formula for countless sequels.
