Simple and Quick Setup of Hybrid Toastmasters Meetings for ZOOM

This is a short walk-through of the general setup I use to conduct hybrid meetings for our Toastmasters Club.
1. Mobile Phone #1 (Primary)
2. Mobile Phone #2 (Audience View)
3. 5G router (this is optional if both mobiles have good data connectivity)
6. ANKER PowerConf S2 speakerphone
7. Laptop
8. LCD Screen (this is part of the room so I just need to plug in the laptop)

NOTES:
Mobile #1 is connected to both video and audio.
Mobile #2 is connected only to video (audio is disconnected)
Laptop is also disconnected from audio.
