If I didn't drink so much UniFi kool-Aid I may be convinced to switch to the TP-Link system. Let's see how they do over the next year or so and maybe I will!

Great video.. Do you need the router or could you just use the oc200 and a switch?

Can this exact set up be done with other things connected to the switch ? or having only the necessary things connected while setting it up like you do here ?

My controller is seeing the router, but not the switch, although the switch has an IP, I can ping the switch and access the GUI. How do solve it?

Beware of TP-Link products. If the product fails within the warranty period you will be required to pay for shipping the defective item to them before they will send a replacement.

For 08:10 you clicked edit on a single port. Couldn’t you click edit selected for group editing? Good video. I have ubiquiti now, but I don’t like their decisions with routing and cloud required for all DM and Cloudkey.

Hi, I just got the same short stack set up. I tried to copy your KidsVlan settings however mine is in port 8 and I connected my google mesh router there, but i could still access the omada controller from google mesh. Am I missing something?

Odd question, I have two VPN routers and the OC200. How do I setup a site to site VPN setup with both? Do you think I need 2 OC200's and one on each side? I'm a programmer, lol, and trying to figure all of this low level networking. Thanks for sharing!
