I think it is so cool how this video was not only informative but it also highlighted all of the benefits of strength training aside from just gaining strength!

With almost every video, I just sit and vibe with the outro music. This type of music is perfect for learning.

I continue to be amazed by the endless ways resistance training imposes adaptations throughout so many different systems in our body so intricately and improves our overall health. So awesome and so encouraging!

This video was extremely helpful in clarifying and simplifying a challenging section of the reading. While I don’t see myself training like a Muay Thai athlete, I have great respect for their dedication to kicking!

This video on connective tissue, endocrine, and cardiovascular adaptations to anaerobic training is mind-blowing stuff. It is fascinating how our bodies adjust on so many levels, from tendons to hormones. It really shows how comprehensive training impacts overall health and performance.

It is so interesting just how much training has on the body learning about it on a larger scale all the way down to an endocrine level is very cool!

The section on the endocrine system is what really had me confused before watching this video. This helped me understand it a bit more.

I enjoyed learning about how cardiovascular responses change depending on the progress of one's training!

Dr. Goodin, one of the coolest adaptions I learned in this week's video was how we can stimulate born formation through exercise. This must be a great application, especially for women who are more prone to osteoporosis later in life.

It’s so crazy how a high-intensity workout can use up your oxygen so quickly. At that moment, your body adapts by tapping into stored energy sources like PCr and glycogen. Thanks for this video and for breaking it down, Dr.Goodin!
