Orbital mechanics can be hard to understand until you see it broken down into understandable pieces. In this video the Terran Space Academy does a full analysis of the SpaceX Falcon 9 Transporter 1 mission making clear the concepts of pitch over maneuvers, rocket staging, gravity turns, supersonic flight, aerodynamic pressure, orbital insertion, orbital maneuvering and apogee burns to raise perigee and circularize orbits. These are all vividly displayed in an easy to grasp format.

Did you notice at 11:34, that large floating ice snowflake suddenly sucked into the exhaust stream when the engine lit up? I hadn’t thought at 538 km altitude there would be enough air to do that. I was surprised.

Thanks, another great video. Can I please ask you to remove or reduce the shade on the text overlay and experiment with its colour, on smaller screens it can be hard to read. Cheers

A made a comment in another video that it was possible to develop rocket booster reusability decades ago (say shuttle era) but that there wasn't any incentive for any of the players to do so. Am I correct in that guess?

Question please, if Starship is going to carry 100 people, I know we can scrub carbon dioxide out of the air to keep using it but how much extra oxygen will they have to take with them? Video idea maybe? 😀. Cheers
