Captain america the winter soldier started with a rescue mission on a ship where cap took down all the pirates crew by himself, this show started with a rescue mission on a plane where sam had to take down all the pirate members on the plane by himself.

Just remember, Sam is a normal human, and what he has done here is above normal human skills and that's impressive. It proves that he doesn't need to be a super soldier. It's about time to have a normal Captain America.

I’ve been very disappointed with the way they handled Falcon’s hand to hand fighting skills until now. He’s one of the best fighters in the comics. Since he was undercover with Steve and Nat, he might’ve received some intense training from them. I hope they keep up with it as long as Anthony Mackie is on the big screen.
