Right when I was about to make your original chicken nuggets you come out with a better recipe. Thanks. Think I’ll still use the honey mustard recipe in the original video because it’s the best I’ve ever made or had. Seriously I was 20 minutes away from making them for my lunch.

The cleanup parts of your cooking videos is a real plus and definitely an edge over any other cooking channel (I'm sure there's some people out there that record their cleaning, but I don't know any other channels).

Yes, good ol' "clear-as-you-go" trick.

Also, have you ever tried Thai spicy fish cake? It's fish blended and mixed with red curry paste and some other spices to get uniform texture, and then deep fried. I always lose about a third of this between the wok and the plate, if you know what I mean.

With the amount of effort you put into these videos to make them come across as easy and simple for the every day person, while also explaining in simple terms why things happen the way they do, you deserve so many more subscribers. What you are doing is awesome.

Obviously popcorn chicken is a simple recipe, but even showing dish cleanup for people to consider just adds an extra touch that other channels don’t have. Thanks for what you do Ethan.

Really wanna save some time? Listen here. Bring the oil up to 2, 100 degrees, and it'll fully cooked in 1 minute rather than 5-7 minutes. Hope that helps!

Do try the quintessential Indian "chilli chicken". It's a different, refreshing take on fried chicken worth trying.

It's nice to finally see a cooking channel using lactose free ingredients. I get that milk all the time up here in Canada when I run our of the bagged milk. Every time I want to try a recipe that requires some form of heavy milk ingredients I have to spend hours looking for a lactose free variant. Sometimes they are not even sold at my local stores. It's nice to see this tbh. Im definitely trying this one out!
