Toronto went from a 15% reduction in 2009 to a measly 3.5% this year. I always celebrate by turning things on for the occasion. The IESO says there was a 100 MW reduction in Ontario. That's easily within the margin of error.

This is ridiculous. We have human achievement hour every hour of every day. Plus, living in Ontario, we could probably use more "Earth hours" considering how high our hydro bills are.
