I own elder scrolls online for about a day, I unlocked this accidentaly because I wanted full armor and I miss clicked after, so I just ran away

Doesn't matter where you get any stolen piece of armor just so long as you have a full suit of stolen armor. It's a little harder to find legs and waist as they aren't usually at an armored but look for greaves in a Fighters guild and a waist item in a dresser in daggerfall castle then do as she says.

I’m gonna do this with my night blade character because they can just turn invisible

Easiest place is in grahtwoood in the tree in a room at the back everything in one room.

The rarest achievements in the game is getting any of the trifecta trial achievements specially swash buckler supreme, planesbreaker, and mind mender. Not even emperor gets close or whatever this is.
