Yesterday I lost all feeling in my left hand felt a little faint after a couple of minutes feeling came back but 10 minutes later had the sweats so bad and was in air conditioning have felt drained a few days before always tired

I have strokes feeling in my left ribs since 8 months, doctor say your blood is thicker that's why you feeling it and then I started blood thinner but still this problem doesn't go away. I have also pressure in head and my mouth tired often while speaking to much. It's look like paralysis about to happen.
Please doctor solve my problem .
