great video thanks, helped with sync them, my issue with my new watch atm is it wont start, second hand moves fine, but the hour and minutes and also bottom chrono dial don't move

Thank you. Apparently Timex has stopped giving manuals with their watches. I went to their website, but the font was too small for me to read easily.

There's a lot of people complaining about the big second hand used in the chronographs comes "offset" this would fix the problem? or when the chronograph is used and reset will return to the original "offset" position, im really curious about this issue because i'm a little bit OCD when it comes to watches and this is the only reason that holds me down to buy this watch.

I set the date, but does it have to be reset at the end of each month? since there is only a day setting and months have different number of days in them?
