Bless you, Bless you, Bless you .We’re I don’t change the time on my Timex Iron Man watch but only twice a year I cannot remember how to fall back ( daylight savings time ) so thanks to your video I now have the correct time and I will be back in a few months to “spring forward”.😁

good job, this is the first video I've seen that makes sense. But note, on my Ironman watch, after you press mode you are faced with two time settings, be sure to use the time setting 1.
