After doing everything, i found my solution. The cmos battery wire is the problem. Glad i tried changing the wire. I was about to solder new bios chip!

Hi please help me out... My system doesn't load past the hp logo
- The legacy boot mode is black screen, so cannot load a new windows from there
- it's presently on the UEFI mode, but gets stuck at the hp Logo both with the notebook hard drive with the corrupted Windows or a bootable usb device with a new windows ISO in it.
Thanks

I was working on my laptop and it suddenly turned off and wasn't starting again, i didn't knew what gone wrong so i tried searching for options to fix it. I found some tricks to restart it like 30 second hold power button but none was helpful. Next day it was working after couple of tries and showed me this " cmos 502" so i updated bios and everything from the official hp website then after 15 minutes or so it turned off again and after few more tries i found this error again. Can you please tell me what is exactly wrong in my laptop is it motherboard or cmos battery????

If your laptop doesn't have separate CMOS battery like mine and your computer doesn't even turning on.

1. Hold Win key + V an press power Button
2. On Error screen press ENTER to rebot the system.
3. Go to Bios for me is F10 or ESC.
4. Navigate to Boot Options Disable Secure Boot, Clear All Secure Boot Keys, Endable Legacy Support.
5. Save and Exit for me 100% fix after all day fighting.

Question: I cannot turn on my laptop just by pressing the power button, even when the laptop battery has charge.
Always have to plug in the external power then turn on. After that i can remove the plug in and it works fine.
I have already updated the BIOS. Also my laptop battery is new.
But everytime i try to switch on this happens and shows me CMOS Checksum invalid.
What do i do?

Hi bro
I need a help
My laptop(hp pavilion x360) is not switching on just the power button light blinks once and then nothing not even the fan is starting.
Then when i put the laptop in Air conditioned room for about 15 mins
It somehow starts but i get checksum is invalid
Cmos error 502
I saw many videos for the solution if this it all ends in changing cmos battery
I went to a repair centre where i found out that there is no cmos battery on my motherboard.
In that case what to do
