How many watts to WIN 10 mile TT NATIONALS?

10 mile TT national champs was on the weekend and the watts required to win looked a lot.

Take Joes ride in 11th and Archibald would have only needed 425w for 17:54 for the same equipment/cda etc,
bit more likely than 460

you said that it might be possible to save something with narrower tires < 28. But with some new wheels you gain more with wider rims, and tires.
I dont know if its the case with zipps tho.
