So well put! This double-curve thing is getting crazy! Lack of upper body structure leading to the way the fabric hangs. Love it!

Damn! Way to break that down into a concise explanation, with visuals to help illustrate, and make it actually makes sense! Thank you! 😂❤ (I’ve been watching way too much about this concept, trying to understand, and this was perfect.)

I know you haven’t yet attained a lot of views, but your content is fantastic. The Kibbe system confuses me, and I’m afraid to spend any more time dwelling on my figure, when I have struggled so much with body dysmorphia and anorexia. Even the brief explanation you offer here stands out as clear and logical. ❤

i always heard it described more or less as an hourglass silhouette, created by the curvature of one's flesh rather than their bone structure

OMG, that's what that means?! Why didn't he JUST SAY THAT?!

THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

this is VERY helpful, oh my god
i could never get it, a lot of body types seemed to have a double curve
it makes a lot of sense now since romantics lack shoulder structure
i could never be sure whether i was a soft natural or a romantic and i never understood the double curve, now i do!! ❤

I think I have double curve, but clothes also drape from my shoulders too. Thank you for making this video ❤❤❤❤❤

Thank you for the explanation for the clothing interaction with the body

I noticed that a good plastic surgeon is aware of this. If one has dramatic bone structure, the boob implants can be somewhat big, but aren’t placed for double curve.

So... Does it work like this?:

《 If you have double-curve and decide to wear a dress that (is made of stiff material and) is pretty tight but constructed straightly, your bust and hips will push the fabric out. It will create inelegant wrinkles around your waistline, so you need waist definition to avoid this effect. 》???

In his book he actually says double curve is two ovals with a dent in between

So marilyn didn't have double curve? Or did both she and Jane Russell have it? I'm a little confused

So double curve is when your clothes seem to only be hanging from your curves (obviously not literally), not from your frame AKA your bone structure/shoulders, hips).

So what colour is it now dark or light 😭

Plenty of celebs without kibbe curve have a bust or hips that push fabric outside the silhouette tho

DUDE! For the LONGEST time I thought I had a Dramatic or Natural body type because of how tall I am (I’m 5’6.9) but wasn’t until I took photos in a bodycon dress and other tight fabrics that I realized having soft my features were despite looking skinny. This video also made me realize just how much fabric and straps tend to just loosely hang on me instead of actually staying on! 💀

I’m a bit or a vertical gal but my clothes still do this. I also have structure. I do however have milkers and birthing hips after having kids.
