The adrenal gland is found on the top of each kidney and has mainly two sections: the adrenal cortex and the adrenal medulla. The sections are different to each other in terms of what stimulates them and the types of hormone they secrete, but it's worth noting that they combine the actions of both the nervous and endocrine systems and work together to secrete hormones during a stress response.

Hi, amazing video as always, thank you. Would it be examinable to ask the difference between noradrenaline and adrenaline ? I understand there are differences but they seem very minimal and overlap.
