In order to fully understand the mechanism of muscle contraction, we need to consider the structure of muscle fibres and how the proteins are arranged within them.
There are three parts in this video: 1.) Muscle fibre arrangement; 2.) Sacromere structure; 3.) Structures of actin and myosin.
Each part ends with a quick mini-summary, then a final summary of everything near the end of the video.
