Jokes aside based on information we have if it was adult Jon and adult Damian they would legit beat their fathers.

Lets go on Jon first, he is outright stated to have more potential by Batman.
One time Manchester Black unlocked his potential and Superman even with help couldn't stop him.
In DCSEASED Jon Kent oneshotted Orion and it was stated that Batmans prediction came true

Now on Damian.
Deathstroke stated he should kill Damian now that he is a kid cause he would be too much to deal with once he grows up.
In DC vs Vampires Dick said that Damian will surpass them all
In Future State Gotham an older more experienced Nightwing is stated to have surpassed Bruce in skill, only for him to need to take an enhancing drug just to stalemate adult Damian, saying that no one can stop Damian otherwise, despite Bruce being right next to him.
In Futures End Batman Beyond Bruce confirms that Damian has surpassed him at his peak, to the point it SCARED him.
Even currently Damian was given a major buff, with Tim Drake admitting he cant beat Damian anymore in hand to hand combat
He also beat an INJURED Batman, floored Jason Todd(payback for the iconic bullying when he was 12) and brielfy gave Nightwing a hard time.
If he can do that at 14 he is gonna be stomping everyone once he is in his 20s.
Happy they arent making him weak like in Injustice(granted that version lacked a lot of training the mainstream one got and he was imprisoned early)
