Do you like frozen yoghurt? #easyrecipe #shorts

Ingredients:
200g greek yoghurt
60g frozen raspberries
1tbsp maple syrup or honey
150g chocolate
1tsp coconut oil or butter
Freeze dried raspberries

1) Line a tin with parchment paper.

2) Add the greek yoghurt, frozen raspberries and maple syrup/ honey to a large bowl and mix until combined.

3) Smooth the mix into 7 discs in the tin.

4) Freeze for 1 hour.

5) Microwave the chocolate and coconut oil/ butter together in 1 minute bursts, stirring until smooth.

6) Coat the frozen discs with the melted chocolate and drip off the excess.

7) Sprinkle them with freeze dried raspberries.

8) Enjoy!

My microwave recently stopped working but really wanted to try this so I melted the chocolate using a double boil method and it worked great! Only thing is I wouldn’t take all the yogurt out at the same time bc when the yogurt starts to melt it changes the texture of the chocolate and then it becomes clumpy and messy

hey! an important note for people microwaving chocolate!
DO NOT put it in for 1 minute and leave it. IT'S GOING TO BURN.
take it out every 20 seconds or so and stir it up!
