do we know approximately the depth of the multifidi or which needle size should we use so as to avoid penetrating the elements in the canal?!coz we wont understand even with the angle explained if our needle is in the lamina(bony structure)or inside the canal coz the depth is big as i see from the video.40mm needle and didnt reach the bone...
