I LOVE THIS I'm starting my journey on the paleo lifestyle and needed some options. I've made all recipes except the scramble and they all are delicious!!!! My favorite is the sweet potato hash brown egg nests. I add avocado and I swear I'm in heaven!!! The sweet potat-oats porridge is like a sweet treat. All of these recipes will be on heavy rotation. Thank you!!!

I don't mind eating dairy, but occasionally milk and cereal isn't what I want. On those days I typically eat oatmeal and yogurt on the side, or some eggs and I will drink some fruit juice for Vitamin C. Recently my husband made pancakes and he adds a teaspoon of vanilla extract for sweetness because I prefer it and it really tastes great!

Where has the sweet potato porridge been my whole life? I had it this morning and it was amazing. Sprinkled in a blend of chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds and some granola. It added a nice crunch and it was so delicious!! 😊😋

I made the sweet potato (fake Oatmeal). It was awesome! Didn't have exactly the same items as you but I would totally eat that at breakfast. Used it as a snack today. I did sweet potato, raisins, Apple cubes, cinnamon and almond butter with a splash of milk and maple syrup.

Sometimes I just have cereal and milk to be easy but I do enjoy cooking scrambled eggs and something with peanut butter too for extra protein and my energy is much better after!

Just made a poached egg with shredded sweet potato on a bed of lettuce... absolutely delicious! Never thought I would eat lettuce with my breakfast but this is now my new favorite breakfast... LOVE your what I eat in a day and recipes. Thank you so much! Looking forward to wa5ching more of all of you’re videos

I just bought some peaches today to make the banana peach chia pudding! It’ll be my first time making chia pudding. The flavor combination and the consistency of it really inspired me. 🤩

I tried the banana peach pudding but instead of peach I used mangoes, it was so good!! It reminds me of an Asian dessert called sago but healthier version. Thank you for the idea!

I was thinking about trying paleo diet but it’s too much to convert rapidly from mainly lots of carb and some protein diet so I’m trying now Paleo modification with some added carbs like oats, quinoa and sometimes potatoes.
