Nose dry inside

Do this and it will help a lot
1. apply olive oil or coconut oil frequently, just a little with cotton tip qtip, or little finger and lubricate .. just little for each opening.
2. hang a wet towel, on your bed head, just near were you sleep .. it helps a lot when you sleep .. a lot only if you are in dry region or environment.
3. Do not blow your nose a lot if you can.. just when it is really necessary.
4.VERY important, resist the urge to pick your nose, you may feel good at first, but the pain will come later stronger, because you bleed you nose, then it itch as it bleed, and you pick your nose again and you don't let it heal, the cycle continues.. stop that as much as you can ..it will improve a lot.. the key to all this is NO nose picking and humidity level. in 2 or 3 days it will improve. good luck all. I did this after a shower, I had a big crusty scab in my nose because of the sudden weather change in my hometown. Much better.

Personally the idea makes me to clean my nose right after. As there is the urge not insert something into the nose, but rather remove it. But the cause does seem to the origin for me, but the catch is I do not do well in humidity as it causes me to sweat in the worse ways that require a balance of heat and cold for several hours.

I'm going through this, using oils does not really work for me as I have to constantly apply😢😢. I'm thinking of buying a humidifier for when I sleep because I also wake up with an irritatingly dry mouth, I used to suffer from Rhinitis and Sinutis and since I received and finished the treatment

Baby oil would smell weird for me, I use chapstick and it helps a lot, but what ever gets that noise to stop right?

Rhinaris nozoil helps more than all those you mentioned ...but it's a little bit expensive 25$ and it is a small bottle ..sighs 😩 🙄

I've been suffering from this. for many years, 😒 the inside got a bit bigger at it was. ive tried putting a cutt cream but more Greens stuff like that came out, dry a little liquidy but mostly dry. i will be talking to my docoter about it on the next visit, this be so irritating. it had started since i was 11 maybe 12 around that but i am 17 now.

Just take some water put little bit in your nose and your nose is not dry it works for my if you don't think so idk lmao.
