I have lost a lot of sleep, time with family and friends over-posting on here and Instagram and it takes its toll. I set myself deadlines and either beat myself up for not having my videos to the standard I want or for missing the deadline trying to get to the standard I want. Your health and mental health is the most important thing to enable you to carry on for the long run so you need to do what works for you.

When it comes to fashion, I only stick to you and Alexandrasgirlytalk (I'm a girl but I rely on you for a more boy-ish minimalist style, and on her for color combinations, women's haircare etc). She takes a long time between a video and another, but the quality is never disappointing! I suggest you do the same.
It's not the quantity, it's the quality. You always provide excellent content, a precious insight on elegance and overall neatness in style. Don't give up on this or feel pressured to do more! Take all the time you need, we have learnt to appreciate and trust your knowledge and personally I don't mind waiting more time for new videos, as long as you don't get stressed because of a too strict schedule.
You are not just a content creator; you're a person first and you deserve to live life and balance work at your own pace, whatever it is, and feel comfortable!
