You are so correct about body hair. I am absolutely disgusted by it, and I get depressed when I see it on my body. I spend several hours a week dealing with body hair. It is tiresome.

I'm quite lucky that I've a very close friend who's a transman whom went to beautician school during his childhood and transitioning at the same time and luckily we've the same height and feet size. So we've just been swapping shoes and other stuff and teaching each other stuff.

Bonus tip. For people who aren't confident in going to a saloon nor painting your nails in any flashy colors (or any colors). simply getting a base coat for your nails is enough. it gives the feeling and just makes your nails pop a bit more ^^

With mannerisms I do want to point out there are also quite a load of women who have "masculine deviant traits". Like those seen in punk. So if that's your thing, going for typical feminine mannerisms is probably not as good as to see what works for the women who portray "masculine traits", while obviously still feminine.
And... well, haircut... heh... I'm balding, so wigs is probably my first go to.

But thank you so much! These videos are really helpful! 🥰🥰

This is a great topic. We were discussing something similar in the support group the other day about ways to transition without the use of hormones and how it could be helpful for those that either don't want to start hormones or can't access them due to location and or situation. It may be the only option for some people and that can lead to some feeling of hopelessness. I know from personal experience.

A few weeks past bottom surgery myself and although very happy with it I would like to have had these tips prior to being able to being physical transitioning. I'd been turning to more natural supplements over the past year prior to surgery and had actually been doing very well on those without my shots and assuming those will help a lot more now that surgery is done but I digress that's neither here nor there. I just want to again thank you for your content it's so uplifting and hopeful. A few of my coworkers watch your videos now as I have told them about how helpful they have been for me. Two of my co-workers are parents of trans individuals that want to transition but don't want to take hormones to do so which I totally support. Hopefully they'll find this video helpful to them as well.

I enjoyed this video so much. No frills, no shortcuts, no playing games with chemicals in your body. I love this. I'm going to subscribe because I'm going to need help. Thank you so much.

This is actually helping me a lot
Im trying to transition but I love somewhere with no therapists, nothing nearby
And no doctors or anything that can prescribe estrogen or give hints on what to do

Also I have a question
With the laser hair removal device, does it arrive in a discreet package for people like me who haven't fully come out yet

Great video! I always had feminine mannerisms growing up, but I’m such an oddball though, like somebody crossed Mr Bean with Elvira.

This is very timely since I am presently pursuing elements of social transition as a way to help decide if I want to take the step into HRT. One thing I have found helpful is look to information geared toward cis women who have your unique traits. For example, I just entered my 50s so some of the conventional makeup advice seen online is not all that helpful. The wing or cat-eye look many trans women adopt to lift their eyes doesn't work on older eyes that may have age lines or looser skin. So... looking up something like, "eyeliner for women over 50" helps find information more unique to my situation and helps cultivate a look that doesn't make me look like I'm trying to present as a 20 year old.

Similarly, finding pictures of cis women who share your traits can be helpful in that it can be affirming and you can see how they present. It might be finding pics of women with a heavy brow or deep smile lines. In my case, as someone who shaves their head and does not intend to wear wigs - thus negating the ability to get a feminine haircut - I sometimes use a search term like "mature bald woman" and see all of these women who absolutely rock a shaved head. It helps me think, "I CAN do this." Not only that, but I can look at how they do their makeup and accessorize with things like bold earrings. (The makeup can be tricky when you don't have a hairline to serve as a stopping point for it.)

So, I guess the key point is for every girl out there thinking, "I can't transition because XYZ, " whether that's age, the size of their brow or nose, broad shoulders, or so forth there are cis women that contend with the same things. Look to what they do and learn from it to help dial in a presentation that works for your uniqueness regardless of whether you hope or plan to do HRT, FFS, and so forth.

Y'all got this!

I started growing my hair recently
I noticed so many people in public stares at me even when I didn't wear any makeup, only because I'm thin and my face is quite sculpted it makes me look a bit musculine

But yes I really feel unsafe or insecure when guys stare at me

Oh Mathilde, I so wish you didn't ever feel gender dysphoria. You are such a pretty sweet woman. If you could see yourself through other peoples eyes you would know. So many women would be so happy to have your figure and beauty. I think you're amazing. If you had not said you were transgender I would have never known. Take care...

Most points are fair but some of us don’t have the privilege/time to access hrt from “real” doctors, so its impossible without the “street” option…
