Biryani is the best... best when cooked with long grain basmati, fresh spices, meat on the bone... served with dahi ki chutney & mirchi ka salan with the spicy sweet pulp in the mirchi intact... finished off with a bowl of badam ki phirni or shahi tukda in the end...yummm
