I love how you can tell all the actors for this game really loved what they were doing and they can played the games themselves and really did everything! At least with Rob, Roger and Benjamin, it’s also great to see them interact with the fans and get into deep discussions about it. Rdr2 should be remembered as a masterclass in how to make a game feel real.

I can imagine Dutch’s voice actor playing Rdr2 and yelling “YOU SHOULD’VE STUCK TO THE GOD DAMNED PLAN!” Whenever he dies as Arthur or John.😂

I like the theory that he is either death or Cain. 3 shots for John, Abigail, and Uncle. The 4th shot jams and spares Jack.

But if it is Cain, then John receives 7 times the punishment. 3 shots at the strange man and John was shot 21 times

For anyone wondering what happens when you go to the house in the Bayou (don't read it if you don't want to be spoiled, it's not related to the story though), there is a portrait of the strange man, and initially it's unclear, but as you complete the story it becomes clearer. Once you complete the story, the portrait is clear, and appears behind your character on the mirror.

I think it was criminally underrated that he was cut for Blind Man Cassidy.

I think that the Strange Man is death personified too or at least the Angel of Death which is why he would know things and speak vaguely about future events.

The strange man is death.. hes also trelawny.. theres alot of lines like arthur saying. "Thats his special talent.. stringin people along" charles literally says.. "ive only spoken to him a couple times, hes strange" im paraphrasing but the whole reason the lines are there is for him to say that. They change the topic of convo pretty much immediately after that.. i dont think things like this.. or uncle being red harlow. Are meant to be canon. But definitely intended by the devs..

Remeber in SOA, the marshal who's sister gets killed by otto., torrik I think his name was, anyway, he became fixated on the gang and turned up out of the blue like the strange man, maybe he fell deep into depression and fixated on following John because of his connection to Dutch and Dutch being the guy that killed his sister, the strange mans sister is the woman killed on the ferry job in black water if I'm not mistaken

I love how much all these actors know about the more minor details of the game, you can tell they've all played through it and love it just as much if not more than us lol
