Hi Anthony. I love your videos; however, how does this software match up to Topaz DeNoise? Furthermore, can you do a video on Luminar Neo filing system that does not use the Picture file and possibly use an external hd? Kindest regards, Ian

how would this compare with DxO pure raw?

Hi
Will there be masking tool in Noiseless AI?

Many will already have Topaz noise reduction with regular updates. . Don’t think these pop ups, with a serious cost, are going to be well received. Which could alienate some fans which will be a great pity considering the empathy they have shown.

I greatly appreciate all you do Anthony - but I'm not paying for something that's supposed to be included to begin with. I'd imagine "sharpen" will be next. Luminar has pretty much alienated me at this point - I'm happy with ON1 and Adobe going forward I think.

How does this compare with the built-in Denoise filter? And can the extensions be copied and pasted to other photos together with other adjustments?

Thanks for the video. How does it compare to the noise reduction in lightroom?

It's hard to tell through YouTube, but... it looked to my eye to not be in the same league at all as PureRAW, Topaz, On1. It got rid of the noise but at the cost of a lot of blurring, like Lightroom. Looking forward to a real comparison, though Luminar pretty well lost me after abandoning, uh, was it Luminar 3? The last one with an attempt at a proper DAM. Instead of trying to fix well known bugs and issues, they "pivoted" in a different direction. And all these things coming out as paid add-ons? At that point it's cheaper to just stay with the Adobe beast plus a good noise reduction plugin.

I can barely see a difference. Is it really worth the cost?

Anthony, I would disagree with your conclusion that Luminar "did a pretty good job" with their noise removal extension. To me, noisy images processed in Topaz DeNoise AI appear much cleaner and much sharper than in Neo. In addition, the processing speed of DeNoise AI is much faster than Neo. There isn't a category in which the new Neo extension is better than Topaz DeNoise AI. Why don't you do a comparison/contrast video of several noise reduction programs? That would be useful.

This is all getting very expensive with constant buying addons. In these hard times I cannot see how this is going to be affordable for not so well off users and we never really expected Skylum to have all these hidden costs to follow after the launch of the main product. Very Sad for most people who cannot afford all this. 👎🏻👎🏻
We have been asking for simple stuff like the Clone & Stamp tool and they cannot even add that to their updates. It should have come with the release anyway.
Sad story the way this addons stuff has become a money making machine for them now 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻⛔
PS: I have already started going back to Photoshop and so have most of my friends.

Seems to leave a lot of artifacts. Topaz is superior in noise reduction at least for now.

Too bad you can't be objective. It's a hard act to compete with Topaz and of course DxO Pure RAW with an all-in-on editing software, especially while under fire.
