👉🏻90/90 is a great position to regain or maintain the ability to sit down on the floor with hip rotation, explore external and internal rotation of the hips, and work into some range of motion in the posterior hip and hip capsule.

👉🏻This passive stretch breakdown is also a great way to work on slow deep breathing, coordination of breath with the pelvic floor, and improving hip flexibility.

👉🏻Passive stretching is one tool you can use out of your movement toolbox to improve how you move and how you feel. I am a fan of moving and breathing in a bunch of ways and try not to demonize any category or form of movement, or place any category or form of movement over the other as the “best.”

✨Anything that gets me or my clients/students moving and breathing and feeling good in the body is a win in my book 👍🏻
