Juanita Maye from our Moorhead office describes how Productive Alternatives focuses on training and developing workers' skills.

Juanita: "Hi, my name is Juanita Maye. I am Program Coordinator for the Moorhead branch of Productive Alternatives. As Program Coordinator, part of my role is to hire staff to cover job sites were your consumers are trained in work skills. We assess their work skills, monitoring their work skills, teach them work skills, and help them work on goals related to work. Productive Alternatives also provides job coaching services for clients who are directly hired in the community. Our goal is for clients to become as independent as possible."
