If kurds is stateless nation, then Lurs in Iran too, or Bavarians, or Occitans, or Flamans, Wallons etc etc. They are an Iranian ethnic group and all the ethnic groups cant have a country. Just like Europe. Does Bretons have a country? Sicilians? Umbrians? Sardinians? Corsicans? Kurds, Lurs, Persians, Pashtuns, Tajiks are Iranian and they should live under a country.

The name Azeri or Azerbaijan derives from Persian Azer Paygan meaning Land of Fire, you can see that fire on their emblem, how then Azeris are not Iranian?? Just because their language changed? So now i am speaking English, does it mean i became English? :)

My mother is Kurdish from Bukan Iran, and ALL Kurds are Iranian, this hurts Kurds when I say this, but Iranian Kurds know this, and I'm also Azeri from Tabriz, and we are not Turks, we are Iranians that came from ancient Iranian Tribes, yes we might have some Turkish genes, but there are Persians with Turkish genetics, and Turks with Iranian genetics. Yes, correct, Azaris and Turks are two different people. Azaris are Iranians not Turks.

They're both Iranic groups. The language of Azeris has changed to a turkic language because of the turks that settled in that area. There is still few who speak the original Azeri language.

Many persian people seem like they need an urgent medical assistant. Azerbaijani people are of TURKIC origin and speak Azerbaijani language which is an Oguz branch or Turkic languages. We have never been culturally, historically and linguistically fars.

Kurds are not stateless people. They do have nationality, passports and identity cards and all rights of the country thy belong to, like Iran, Syrian and Irak.
