My daughter brought them home from school one year and when we noticed there were less then 50 and so we made mixture of vinegar in a bottle then in another bottle alcohol of 70percent, i sprayed everything with alcohol first then vinegar, then all stuff animals got bagged and put in Attic in garage were its well over 140, there actually still there over few years lol then clothes went straight in dryer on high heat for 30min and we threw bed away. After most stuff was out of room i did steps of spraying again especially around outlets and dressers, we immediately put stuff back together in her room and till this day haven't seen one!! Knock on wood!!!!

Bedbugs need cool places to live, I agree with him that if you have a terrible infestation you need to call a professional. But if you only have a few simply throw linens and clothes in a dryer that gets to roughly 119 F in heat. As for beds and bed for frames most of the time it's just easier replacing them.
