Sky's Data & Forensics team explains why NHS doctors quitting due to work-life balance has more than doubled in the last decade.

Statistics also show that the NHS workforce has taken almost half a million days off for their mental health since 2015.

Why is an MP paid more than a doctor? That’s the real question.

I feel for them I really do.
As a patient trying to get help when I was passing blood intermittently and was told that I had to go home because I had not produced a red urine sample for a couple of hours I'd like nothing better but to be able to quit and get help elsewhere. But there isn't anywhere else and the Government already took all my spare money.

Doctors and Nurses are leaving because they have very bad work environment as well as bad salary.
Politicians only raise their own greedy pockets! Doctors and Nurses deserve respect, better salary and support!

Because they obviously get paid too much according to Daily Mail readership! Pay cuts should improve retention!

Bad management and bureaucracy, plain and simple, that's the reason for it .
NHS needs to simply they it operates, there are too many layers of management that are not needed .

I mean the strikers are shouting this everytime they strike. We + the government should listen and act on what they say!

A lot of staff are now leaving (the ones I know), due to how their peers, managers & NHS Trusts treated them during the whole vaxx mandate debacle. It showed people's true colours and how cowardly and vile they are.

The NHS is a mess….The country’s a mess….The world is a mess! Time to get the gloves on, some bin bags, a vacuum cleaner, some bleach and get busy making this world somewhere nice to live! The mess is doing everybody’s heads in!
