I got to meet Selena when I worked at Mercy Hospital in Laredo, Tx. I worked at the daycare & my mom worked at the oncology floor. Selena would go visit patients. Poor Selena can’t Rest In Peace. Her father is milking her for all she’s worth. He made Chris sign over all his rights to Selena right when she died. She wasn’t even cold yet. If it wasn’t for Selena the father wouldn’t have anything!!!

One alleged item to add. Suzette had a crush on Chris and was jealous of Selena and Chris together and it was Suzette who told their dad about the Selena and Chris relationship.
I think it was horrible of the dad and family to pounce on Chris at his weakest moment of grief in order to preserve their own future income. I've seen and heard enough of things from the family point of view and enough remixes and remasters and reissues to profit off of Selena.
It's time to get things from CHRIS' point of view. PERIOD.

Chris has said Abraham approached him a few days after Selena passed with papers for him to sign his rights over. He said he did it because he didn’t want anything without her, it didn’t mean anything to him because he didn’t have his wife anymore. I try not to support the family that much in the past few years. I did recently buy Chris’ book but haven’t started to read it yet. I also want to try his two hot sauces which will be launched in HEB November 2. But for now it’s online.

Back in the early 2000s, I went to a fanfare in Corpus Christi where a whole bunch of bands from the Tejano scene gathered to give out autographs and photo ops for the fans. I was next in line to get an autograph from Chris when someone from behind straight out shoved me to get passed me and as I turned around to tell that person off, I saw that it was Abraham Quintanilla that had shoved me out of the way to get to Chris. When I finally got to meet Chris I told him what happened and Chris apologized for it saying "that's how he is." Quintanilla didn't care that a female was waiting in line to meet Chris, I was someone in his way who needed to move regardless if I got hurt or not. No "excuse me" or "sorry" was ever said from him...just a shove.

My grandfather lives in Corpus Christi and he’s gone to Selena’s museum that her dad runs, he actually met Abraham and said he was very rude. I was sad when I heard that tbh

Her father has always been super controlling thats why his son left on his own to do Cumbia Kings and Jennifer Peña walked away. I love Selena but I wished that her father would have handled things a lot better and different. RIP Selena ❤❤❤
