Living on this earth is literally a curse. They are killing us slowly in food, water, skincare, clothes, EVERYTHING 🤦‍♀️

Remember kids: Your skin is an organ and does absorb whatever is on it.

This becomes worse when little girls around the ages 4-12 ARE USING SKINCARE THAT ISNT EVEN MADE FOR THEM 😭
like little Emily doesn't need A FUXKING RETINOL

I got into skincare in my teens but got confused when I started developing expressive wrinkles on my forehead and smile lines at 20. I was literally only using moisturizer and cleanser. I stopped skincare and my wrinkles disappeared. Eating a healthy diet now and let vitamins and minerals do their job.

In Europe there are close to 10, 000 or more chemicals and additives banned for use in personal care products. In America, only 11.
The average consumer would be shocked to find out the number of toxic ingredients sold with the suggestion they will make us healthier or prettier

you should make a complex guide on how to eat, take care of your skin and live life, the natural way, as much as possible in the modern world

I wash my face with plain, natural soap and moisturize with organic lard or tallow. When my skin gets too dry, I switch to washing with honey. My skin is soft and smooth, and it looks a hundred times better than it did when I was young and buying products from the store.

I always had the theory that the beauty industry and other women pressure young girls into using make-up and then they get bad skin causing them to use even more. in the process they age faster and use even more.

I once read... if the label says "do not ingest", then you shouldn't put it on your skin either! Makes sense!

I live in the UK, and I'm going over 45 year's ago. A new hair shampoo came on the market. It smelt devine, I tried it, it was called woodley green apple. That was a bad decision. I was covered from head to toe in great big red raised blotches, they were so itchy, and felt very hot. It wasn't long after that it was withdrawn from the market. Looking back on it, I dread to think what was in it, I had these blotches for well over a week!

I used everything for decades. I loved the pretty bottles. My poor skin and hair.
I now make it all myself. With things like beeswax and organic almond oil and herbs and flowers I grow myself. My skin and hair and nails are healthy again.
I give little jars away to anybody who wants them. But most people do not know anything. They trust the cosmetic companies, and well, they like the pretty bottles.

I've been using skincare for 20 years, starting at 13. Now I'm 33, my skin looks amazing. There will be some days my skin won't need skincare while other days it does. The same rules apply when your eating and drinking. You shouldn't eat certain things like junk food, drink alcohol or soda, take dietary supplements and etc on a daily basis. Basically, do your research before you start putting stuff on your face.

I always had itchy acne prone skin which everyone insisted was due to either not washing enough or living in a dry climate. One day I tried a new activated charcoal soap and the itching intensified but I ignored it. Then my lymph nodes were super swollen. Didn't shower for a week and they went away. Attributed it to that particular soap and stopped using it. Picked up a different charcoal soap and it made my face swell. Fast forward to now where I use small batch handmade soap and sparingly use a shampoo bar once a week. My hairline is regrowing, hair went from straight but frizzy and wild to a soft curl, skin has cleared up and stopped itching. Since I'm not used to the chemicals anymore, when I do use a normal product I usually get some sort of allergic reaction within a day.

Similar results for the people I convinced to switch over to natural soaps

Someone looked at me like I was crazy when I pointed out that I use beef tallow instead of lotion. They said it sounds "disgusting" even though tallow is 100% natural and full of vitamins and minerals that are good for the skin, especially compared to what she was using. Just because what you're using is labeled "skincare" doesn't make it better.

Gotta love how everybody acts like it’s my fault I’m miserable when in reality I’m miserable because I’m being systematically poisoned every single day through my food, lotion, tap water, and I’m under constant mind control through the media despite me being aware of it, it still works. Life isn’t what you make it, it’s what your makers made it. You have very little control over how you develop as a person. More than likely your childhood will be okay or even good but your adulthood is going to suck badly eventually cause diseases and mental illnesses will get you one day it’s inevitable. Poisons cause illnesses. Case closed.

as someone with curly long hair, i can tell my hair just absolutely hates shampoo, you never realize just how incredibly strong shampoo is until you try to keep your hair from feeling "oily" without it, it takes a while to wash your hair thoroughly with just water but your hair keeps improving.
chemicals are much stronger than we think just because we are so used to them
