Damn. Definitely didn't know this. Thought it was just a bad dry skin condition. Thanks for bringing this up!

Mine went away since I "cleansed-toned-moisturized" instead of using soap to wash my face. I also got dandruff on the eyebrows and it all went away with just simple skincare

I am glad I found this video !!! Starting using athletes foot cream around my nose last night, and 24 hours later it’s COMPLETELY gone !! I’ve been trying everything for the past month, as this is a new thing for me . THANK YOU SO MUCH !!! 😍

I exfoliate this area when it gets bad but it always comes back the next day. Now I know what it is. I always thought it was just because of my already dry skin.

Had this middle school to high school. I graduated and was diagnosed with IBS. I cut back on milk and changed my facewash and skincare routine. I changed from a foam cleanser to cream and cut back on processed foods. The majority of my acne is gone and so is this flakiness.

Not gonna lie, scratching this and watching the flakes come off is satisfying

THANKYOU, I thought I was alone. It always burns and like rips.

Seborrhoeic dermatitis has been the bane of my existence. My ears are always red because of this and I get super conscious about it.

Using oils, (like when coconut oil was having a moment) makes it worse too. A lot of people think it will help because they think it’s dry skin. But makes the inflammation and flaky ness worse. Better to use oils as a pre cleanse than a moisturizer

I was diagnosed with this skin condition 10 years ago. It's chronic, which means it will never go away completely; you'll just have to manage it. I believe it's caused by an imbalance in the gut/digestive system.

I have this behind my ears. It’s one of those conditions you just have to manage. It doesn’t ever go away completely.

It’s DIET RELATED. Let’s keep it 💯. I lost over 100# the past 2 years and my face and scalp completely cleared up. But processed foods, oils, sugar that are highly inflammatory can make skin issues worse. As soon as I return to clean eating, within a week my skin issues went away. I’m not saying topical treatments don’t help. But to get rid of it you have to go UNDERNEATH the skin, and that’s what we put into our bodies.

I've had this since I was 18, and it has progressively gotten more invasive into my 30s. Real seb derm is a lifelong condition that can never resolve on its own 100%. Sad, but true. The treatments I've discovered over the years do make it's symptoms almost nonexistent with enough daily discipline. These include a chemically exfoliating salicylic acid face wash, squalane oil for moisturizing, getting a little sun every day, exposure to warm weather, minimizing intake of processed carbs, and taking cod liver oil. Hopes this helps whoever is reading this.

Wish I had this info back in highschool, nothing I tried at the time seemed to work 😩
