Imagine being on an island waiting for someone to invite you to their island, then you see someone but as soon as they catch the slightest glimpse of you they RUN in the other direction as fast as they can 💀

I did divise a method for getting better odds for my dreamie (Sasha)

I started a new playthrough and played normally until the part where I had to place 3 lots for villagers and just didn't. Then I did island hopping until I invited a peppy villager and a normal villager.

At this point every single villager I found on a nook miles island was guaranteed to be a Lazy villager, which Sasha is. So I had a 1.3% chance to find him every ticket vs about 0.13% of the unrestricted chance to find a specific bunny

This is because the 3 villagers you get at this point of the story are forced to be Peppy, Normal, and Lazy.

I fr got my dreamy on coincidence, I forgot to villager hunt and accidentally first finished the houses and I screamed in joy lol

i got so lucky and found Kabuki after 3 tickets i was so excited, i don’t even want him for my island i just know there’s a lot of people that do want him and once he asks to move out i’ll let someone else come scoop him and then go villager hunting again, i personally love villager hunting even with how tedious it can seem

I traded villagers for so many NMTs back then. I visited at least 3000 mystery islands. A lot of the fun I got out of ACNH was actually from the villager hunts. I even hunted for friends, just to do it again once more 😅

I only used tickets in my first playthrough and accidentally build houses before getting people. Now i just sit on my lazy a$$ and wait for 3 days straight

Fun fact selling the tickets gives you 10k bells (which 2k book miles is pretty easy to get)
