this hero is actually broken af, in the coming few weeks/months people will catch on, the movespeed and heals alone is too crazy, not to mention they have yet to add an aghs.

This hero is very weak, it's the first hero who already weakness at the release, the others who were released were too strong, but this, this ringmaster is nothing

Strongly disagree w/ Topson's item and skill build, also the tech fo stacking camps with E 1/2 way across the map is SUPER strong, IMO Ring Master should buy Eul's for guaranteed Q set-ups, I've been going E > W > Q mostly BC of stacking tech on E and W's impact for teamfights, the Eul's > Ulti > Q fear into ulti is BRUTAL, I've also been looking at Meteor Hammer follow-up on the ulti stun into eventual Refresher for a double ulti + Meteor hammer perma stun lock AoE burst, Eul's > Aether > Kaya > Hammer > Refresher IMO (Force Staff as needed after Aether since Aether and lvl 10 cats perk and max W after E leads to crazy free saves in teamfights
