Сheck the booklet. Ult must work like that - get the bordered circus stage like Mars arena on 5 sec, where every enemy hero will press their buttons that effects on his teammates. Like Mirana's arrow, or Lich's sinister gaze, or Bane's nightmare, but in that place they be able to press BKB or Manta Style to dispel this mind control. Or someone outside of arena should attack him once for bring him to his senses.
Or this should be added with Scepter.

Ult is uninspiring tbh. Should have incorporated lucked based outcomes to the ult when rolling.

They teased him as being able to "control enemy heroes" in some way. Seems to me like they couldn't implement it so they just gave him a random ultimate.

Hero is annoying asf
His skill 1 will save hero from getting chased
His skill 2 saves allies from being hit by all of my teams spells
His skill 3 is so fucking annoying with the 100% slow and that 5% max hp lost
And his SS is insane for team fights
