I can relate to the importance of the study being done on recreationally active individuals. I must have spent 1000's of pounds on health supplements with very little benefit even after long term use. Shilajit resin is incredibly powerful, the benefits were felt in the short and long term. Shilajit seems to make me talk more, it's like it reduces brain fog and give more confidence, I only took it for a week and stopped, the effects started on the third day (100mg/day), I need to try it again, looks like it has tons of benefits.

Awesome video, I just got my LongJack for the first time, I’ve been taking Ashwaganda for about two months, was about to order for Fadogia; and luckily I saw your video about the toxicity of it, so now my new stack will be Shilajit mid day, ashwaganda before bed, and tongkat Ali upon waking up with olive oil in a protein shake. Good video! I took shilajit every other day during quarantine and my energy was through the roof; I could barely sleep. It definitely helped me maintain my muscle mass as well, considering I sat on my ass most of quarantine.

I can tell you my experience, I think this twice a daily and Tongkat Ali sometimes. Tongkat tends to give me a headache..My Total Testosterone was 171 and after 2 months It was 321..What really surprised me was my cholesterol dropped from 334 to 277 with no other changes. I am going to start TRT injections and will keep taking this.

Would it be appropriate to take shilajit and ashwagandha the same day, taking shilajit for a kind of pre-workout benefit and ashwagandha as a postworkout for exemple or shilajit in the morning to boost you up and ashwagandha to relax later on?

Just picked up a jar today took 300 mg on a stick afternoon and another 300 later on at night b4 a calisthenics workout outdoors Cant say so far. Did make me feel a bit cooler in the night heat.

What would you recommend for dosages of Tongkat Ali, Shilajit and Ashwagandha? Also brand recommendations for each.

Currently I just began using:

Tongkat Ali: Nootropics and Source Naturals

Ashwagandha: Himalaya

Shilajit: Nootropics

But I’m open to other options to increase testosterone, libido and lean muscle.

Is this better than Tongkat Ali and Boron? I just came off my first months of TA and Boron and noticed a big difference in energy, focus, strength, and hypertrophy and as a natural 54 year old with slightly lower T and doing everything else right in diet and lifestyle and very fit and muscular I was impressed. Wondering if I could cycle Shilajit in the month off of TA. I’ve also been taking HMB and D3 and zinc and magnesium for the last year and have noticed moderate improvements from that regimen too. Hey Zach, maybe you could do a video on HMB and D3 supplementation. It brought Tony Horton back from near death. Thanks
