CHEAP SHILAJIT VS EXPENSIVE SHILAJIT

People ask me all the time " what shilajit brand is the best? " I have tried the majority of the best selling shilajit products on the market and I found that the cheap Pure Himalayan Shilajit products work just as well as the more expensive shilajit resins and pills. There is no need to spend an arm and a leg on this supplement. Shilajit is a sticky resinous substance that is chalk full of bio available minerals, humic and fulvic acid. It is most certainly one of the greatest, if not the greatest, nautral mineral supplements on the market. Cheap shilajit does not mean its bad quality, and expensive shilajit does not mean its great just by default. Experiment and find what works best for you. I take 200-800 mg of shilajit daily, in tablet form, and dissolved into water, or sublingual.

One of the biggest and most obvious differences between cheaper shilajit and more expensive varieties is the differences in how they dissolve. The expensive Purblack for instance, dissolves very easy, whereas the pure Himalayan shilajit takes much longer and tends to clump. This does not mean that it is bad quality. Expensive brands take their resin through a extraction process and refining process that makes their end product more capable of predictable dissolving patterns.

Thank you for your video explaining all of this. I never heard of this stuff before and I was looking for help in managing my blood sugar being to high. I am very sick most of the time and my doctor almost killed me with the last drug he prescribed. I ordered the tablets as you recommended and wow thank you. I have not felt so good in years. After the first dose I noticed my eyesight was improved and my brain fog lifted. Then I felt a burst of energy and a detoxing effect. I'm excited to see how I feel in the next week or two but I will be buying more for sure. Thank you your helpful video saved my life and my eye sight!

This form of thinking nowadays needs to be revised. Dude, do you realize that Shilajit is a thick goo? This means that it would be hard to dissolve due to its thick consistency or concentration. So, by applying logic to lessen the thickness, it would have to undergo a process to weaken the concentration. And if you've ever taken science, you'd know by dissolving or making something less concentrated, you would have to water down the natural compound. In other words, it's best to have the thick version that doesn't dissolve in water but under your tongue at a 98f degree temperature to absorb the resin and all of its natural elements over the water-down processed version, which you ironically pay more for! !!!! WoW! Society has dumbed down the populace so bad that they would pay more for a diluted nutrient over the organic consistency!

So....if it's already in tablet...why not just swallow it as is?

Thank you I'll buy this soon. But do you think it really matters if I dissolve it in water or not? Can I just swallow them along with my other mineral capsules? It should dissolve in my stomach anyways. I never used Shilajit before so I don't know.

your video's regarding this stuff intrigued me to try it myself, just received Purest Himalayan brand the Standard Shilajit Resin from the Altai did a a oral dab starting out, very unique and earthy flavor for sure, but since i love things that taste earthy i don't mind the taste all that much. I think i am going to mix it with water next time, i prefer to receive the minerals diluted and in smaller doses via sips.

jusy glad i did not have any adverse side affects or reactions to it, but then again my body has never rejected anything natural from the earth that was meant to synergize with humans.

Its about the heavy metals, thats the difference

Really the only way to tell is to test it in a lab to see what's actually in it and in what amounts, however, the average person would likely never do this.
I have tried both brands highlighted in this video and my personal opinion is they are comparable at about a third of the cost.

I recently bought some shilajit that was shipped from India. Was quite cheap considering it was shipped from overseas. I luv shilajit, I definitely feel great when I take it 👍

Solavica Shilajit is Amazon's best selling. It's a bit thicker than what I've tried before. Is this good? 🤔

Lol use honey and it goes different I used about 10 different kinds in the cheap one is okay. You just have to use all of them and honey if you use all of them honey, it delivers to your system better in the last longer than drinking the water

Doesnt have to dissolve before it goes in your body. It will get broken down inside

I have found that the wellness nest shilajit tastes really good, dissolves fast and works very well, but it was very pricey for 1 ounce. So this time I tried boostert shilajit, and i got 3 ounces for the same price. It does not dissolve as fast, and tastes horrible, it seems to work ok, but it also recommends a larger dose. I have been having a difficult time taking it constantly, mainly because of the taste.

I would put the drop in a shot glass of pure water and let it sit overnight. Then stir with a chopstick before drinking in the morning. Chase with water, tea or coffee. I hear it also is good to have with coconut oil or ghee. This could be added to coffee, AKA bulletproof coffee.

I cheap subscribing but it keeps unsubscribing.. Weird 🤔 very much appreciate your Shilajit videos. Am trying to work out finding a good UK based vendor or one on Amazon. Contemplating tablets or powder but definitely not resin. It's so annoying to measure up 😂
