here you will get the solution to get the purple item (the Broken Timepiece) in the Clocktower Morrow Parish.
★ Material: Broken Timepiece ★

▸ Unlocks Weapon Mod: Time Lapse (Creates a 6m blast which freezes all standard enemies for 7s. Dealing damage to frozen enemies immediately breaks the Time Lapse effect, applying SLOW for the remaining duration)
▸ Side Dungeon needed: Lemark District for the Clockwork Pinion (Quest Item)

Tip from My experience, on the clock room looking the clock with the mission item, the left one got the same hour as the clock tower :)
