Interesting to see some of the work you put in behind the camera. It's nice for people to see how much work can go into making even a short clip, surely suprised me the first time I made something more than a one-cut shot

I tried the sandisk extreme 16GB in my cam for HD Video recording as well, and the video quality was a bit better than on the 16GB class 4 sandisk SDHC card. So the Cam´s video encoder sense the speed of the card beeing used in someway....
YT shows 2h:02m:23s recording time...wow... my video recording sessions are at in the same time range. It is so time consuming to get a resonable result. Sometimes i done a complete video, but when i checked the capure on the card...it´s too dark or got audio issues (mik handling noise and alike).
So i need 2-3 runs for the final video...

Anyway thank you so much for this live show, even if i wasn´t able to watch it live....the recording is cool anyway....At least i saw you live on sunday night (local time was 02:45 to 3:something) via your EEVBLOG live tab on your web side :)

The recording of your live show is 480p (18 hrs after recording) so the quality is ok or "quality issues are noticable but not anoying" as the pros use to say ;)
 
For 36:00, it´s the same with my cam....so i just record and if the SD card is full i just change it and do all clip work after the record session....and this leeds me sometime to do it all again....

Seems you will soon need a broadcast engineer to broadcast the engineer. Great set up. I really enjoy watching what you will do or either not do next.

Hey Dave, you can use Open Broadcast Software (OBS) to do this, is more user friendly and the scenes are more easy to use and edit. Plus you can change the config on the bitrate and cpu usage to fit your pc specs!

The transmitter thing on the cable tracer, could it use the mains frequency so it doesn't need an oscillator? I'm not an engineer so I have no idea :)
