I wish I had discovered your channel and this challenge earlier in my post partum journey. 6 and half years later is better than never. Thank you for this challenge. I’m loving it! And have every intention of making it a part of my daily life beyond the 21 days.

It took me 15m pp to start getting back into a workout regimen. This program is awesome. Each workout is only 5mins so I don't feel dreaded for each workout!

I've also seen a noticeable difference in only a week

Another tough one - you really do feel it even while holding still! I’m finding it really interesting how much easier (for me) the exercises done on hands and knees are compared to the others. I am really glad you’re doing a mix of different exercises for all parts of the core, since it’s very obvious to me that my core strength is very uneven. 😅

I love how every day is different! Also, I think I've never really used my core correctly bevore my pregnancy and learning all of this postpartum ;D

Loving this challenge! I honestly wish I knew what I was doing wrong when you do the bear plank or bear crawl. I cannot seem to do them. If I push myself to do it the tension in my shoulders causes a migraine from carrying the weight. So hoping I can figure that out soon. But I usually just do another exercise you have shown instead of the ones I know will put too much pressure on my shoulders and neck.

Really enjoying all of your different videos! Even though I'm 3 years postpartum with baby #4 I can really feel a difference! Thank you for keeping the moves simple and videos short. Just what busy moms need! One area I have always struggled in and post kids has only made it worse..my wrists. What can I do to keep them from hurting so much when we do hands and knees exercises?
