🤍 Welcome to Day 1 🤍
First of all, congratulate yourself for showing up and wanting to make a change in your world. Whether you are seeking an abundance of love, money, health, friendships or all. This your journey, so enjoy the process!
The challenge for today is to create a list of 50 people who have had a positive influence on your life in any way, big or small. It could be one word, a teaching, a book.
The list must contain at least 50 names, not less.
Spend some time making the list and consciously reflecting on how each person on the list has touched your life. If you want to, you can write a few words next to each name to capture the essence of the gift each person brought you. At a minimum, try to anchor in your mind the essence of each person’s gift to you, as you move through your list.
Let’s call in the bounty of abundance that life has already gifted us!
Below is the meditation session for day 1.
Meditation
In the mediation, we will use the mantra “Sohum” (सो ऽहम्), meaning "I am He/That" in Sanskrit. In Vedic philosophy it means identifying oneself with the universe or ultimate reality.
The centring thought for today is “Today, I behold all the abundance that surrounds me”. Try to hold this thought in your mind as you go about your day.
You have 24 hours to complete Day 1. When you have completed the task and mediation, post “Day 1 done”, but continue to hold the centring thought for the rest of the 24 hours.
Feel free to ask questions & share experiences, but keep them all related to the topic of the challenge.
And finally, as we embark on the first day of our journey, let’s set a group intention that we will all be able to complete this challenge for the entire 21 days. That we will have an abundance of time, energy, joy, self-love and inner strength!
