Watching dating shows is a good idea. I learned years ago with “Next” on MTV. They sat in different locations or made sports and talked about this in many local and social dialects.

I learned from movies (Angus, Thongs and St.Trinian's) and British friends as well. And the Harry Potter movies lol that's where it all started really. Here on YT I listen to Graham Norton, James Corden, Ricky Gervais and you :-) reality tv-wise, I only know TOWIE and it was great!

My favourite, British show is by far Top Gear, with the trio - Clarkson, May, Hammond. It is such a great example of British humour, which is also a huge cultural aspect of British mentality.

I like Made in Chealsea because they are so shallow sometimes that is funny... It has helped me to improve mi listening skills so much. I also watch clips of First Dates and google box. When I lived in the UK like ten years ago there was a tv programme called embarrasing illness. I remember being shocked at the begining ... but then I got used to it and I quite liked it ...you Brits have realities of all sorts!!
