As a fan, if you have to watch just one, watch the Anthology

OH My! How is the 8 part Beatles Anthology from 1995 that aired on ABC not the #1 pick? Crazy

I'm surprised The Beatles Anthology isn't on the list. It was a very comprehensive documentary

Backbeat is a great film about the band when Stuart Sutclif was a member.

George Harrison: Living In The Material World is easily my favorite documentary *ever.* It’s such a beautiful portrait of an artist trying to make sense of the world through music and spirituality.

Scorsese is the master of rockumentary filmmaking.

Before getting to know more about The Beatles, I went to the cinema to watched The Beatles: Eight Days a Week - The Touring Years on November 2016. A few days after the release. I heard about The Beatles but didn't know more about the band and their songs. After the documentary comes to an end, I didn't leave the theatre because the lights are still off. Normally, the lights turn on when the credits begin rolling. I usually watch the ending credits until the end in case if there's a post-credits scene.

Once the ending credits in the documentary has ended, another extra concert footage of The Beatles at Shea Stadium begins playing. I didn't know that was an extra concert footage came on. I didn't sit on a chair. I was standing and feeling the rhythm while watching the band plays their songs in the concert footage. My body is feeling it.

It was an amazing experience I've ever witnessed in the cinema.

Two of Us...with Aidan Quinn as Paul and Jared Harris as John...depicting a fictional meeting between the two at the Dakota...provides an interesting depiction of the dynamics of their relationship in the post Beatles

honorable mentions go to Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, Across The Universe, Backbeat, Birth Of The Beatles; even The Rutles: All You Need Is cash could also qualify here

There is absolutely one documentary that you should put a number one in your next part two episode that would have to be the Beatles anthology I think that is one of the best documentaries ever because it’s the Beatles themselves telling their own story it’s great my favorite parts are the montage of different I’ll text that is on the five disc DVD set I highly recommend that one for any huge Beatles fan that wants to get into their story and I would highly recommend the book anthology as well.

The complete Beatles has to be mentioned. It's without question one if the best.

I really enjoyed Get Back. Peter Jackson did a fantastic job. But, it kinda seems like a cheap cop out for ya'll to make this list just to highlight the most recent Beatles movie

But... What about the Beatles Anthology?

Anthology should be #1.
Other films that should have been on the list:
The Beatles First US Visit. The Maysles' documentary is the real life version of AHDN.
Strange Fruit. The story of Apple Records.
Beatles Revolution. Various cultural figures discuss the Beatles' impact on the world.
Beatles Stories. Various celebrities tell their stories about meeting the Beatles.
Magical Mystery Tour Revisited. A Documentary on the filming of MMT.
The Beatles at Shea Stadium. Documentary of their Historic Concert.
The Budokan Concerts. The 1966 concerts in Japan.
Soundbreaking. Documentary on the recording process. Created by George Martin, features extensive footage of the Fabs.
You Can't Do That. The making of A Hard Day's Night.
The Making of Sgt. Pepper. Documentary.
1+. A collection of the promo films for their 27 #1 hits, and 23 additional alternate promos and promos for non-#1 hits.
Let It Be. Included because of the footage not in Get Back. Besame Mucho, and 1/31 complete performances of Two of Us, Let it Be, and The Long and Winding Road.
The Compleat Beatles. Largely superceded by Anthology, it has exclusive interviews with Horst Fascher, Tony Sheridan, Gerry Marsden, Billy Preston, and other associates.
All You Need is Cash. Mockumentary featuring the talents of Eric Idle, Neil Innes, Michael Palin, Bill Murray, Dan Ackroyd, John Belushi, Gilda Radner, AL Frankin, George Harrison, Paul Simon, Mick Jagger, Bianca Jagger, and a cast of dozens. Must have been the trousers.
Honorable Mention of some solo years films:
John Lennon in NYC
Above Us Only Sky
Lennon Legend
The McCartney Years
Wingspan
Rockshow
The Concert For Bangladesh.

I really liked the scene where Ringo took pity on Jeremy Boob and offered him to come along

One of the reasons Ringo is my favorite Beatle along with him still being alive and being the same height as me XD

replace 'Yesterday' with 'Anthology' and you've got a perfect list. Granted it's a long running series, but come on, anything's better than that dross.

In my own pick,
The best movie where The Beatles themselves are on it is A Hard Days Night
The best tv show/series are both GET BACK and the Anthology
And the BEST MOVIE bout the BEATLES is The Birth of the Beatles
