In my opinion, If anyone doesn't mention "Shashank Redemption" in their list. The list is incompleted.

these are just the greatest blockbusters of the last couple decades. I think movies to watch before you die are ones that leave lessons and that you’ll think about on a daily basis

The Revenant absolutely. The most stunning emotion and film environment you will likely ever see. Surprised it isn't talked about as much these days.

Some of the newer movies are a bit 6/10 but some of the classics are straight up 11/10

A movie someone has to watch "in their lifetime" is a very different thing to telling someone to watch the best movies ever. While there is overlap, a movie to watch "before you die" or before you are no longer a human being, has to be something that instills a great deal of human emotion within you.

Whether it be a sad movie, a happy movie, a funny movie, a goofy movie, a movie that shows the evil of humanity, a movie that shows our undying goodness, these movies have to be ones that can guide you through life and help you to understand and reflect on the world we're stuck with.

Even though, I am not fully agree with your movie selections I appreciate the lenght and music of the video. Its refreshing to watch a list video without tiktok music.
