We arrived in Thailand today; Luke and I got a 5.5 mile run in. He's in the best shape he's ever been in, both mentally and physically, and we're feeling great about our strategy going into this match. Stoked to have you all following!

Anyone who says your fake needs a reality check. You know what you talking about and no lie your channel has been a source of great info and content since I tuned in 2015. Keep on going coach, I tip my hat to you.

Shane, this is one of the greatest videos of this year (and we´ve only begun). This one was very personal for me, as I am a kickboxing coach who has never fought professionally. After I trained for a few months, the gym owner recognized my passion for teaching others, and, as he suddenly lost one of his coaches, just threw me there to lead a group of beginners. It didn't take long and I had a full schedule of classes after just a few years of practicing and a few fights. I sometimes deal with something similar to imposter syndrome and this really helped me, because I have a group of fighters to whom I give a lot of my time and even parts of myself, and they are winning tournaments, some of them are considering turning pro. We are doing something right, even though I´ve never been a pro and even had fewer fights than the best of my fighters. You are right about a lot of points in this video. And your stretching is great.

Sorry guys - Alberta’s standing behind Cody Jerome! Chef is dope but it’s 🇨🇦time!

I will say that this video helped me a lot man! I made the decision that I didn’t want to pursue fighting and then shortly after was offered a coaching gig. I have coached every day with big time imposter syndrome - but my fighters keep getting medals and making me proud! I am honored that they let me support them however I can.

As a part time self defense instructor, I see this as a big win for reality being more important than paperwork.

After living in Thailand, and traveling back and forth, my best training tip would have been to go very early. The time change, jet lag and the intense heat and humidity, all take some time to get used to.

Maybe it's because I've been teaching for so long, this video is even more inspiring to me than most similar videos about fighters. I also love the fact that after all these years, Shane is still being genuine and not let "the Dark Side of fame" gets the better of him. 🙌

I dont know if you've ever read Theodore Roosevelt's speech "Citizenship in a Republic" but there is a part commonly referred to as "The Man in the Arena" its a great reminder that confidence and trust in oneself is what truly matters. Your team is going to do great. Wish yall the best of luck!
