Pryaniki Russian Cookies | The Vanilla Bean

Hello everyone! Today’s recipe is a unique type of cookies which comes from Russia, the pryaniki cookies! They are extremely soft and fluffy! They are quite different from normal cookies since they aren’t hard but soft and more cake like! We also can’t forget the sugar glaze!

Recipe (28 cookies (5cm)):
Cookie:
50g flour
100ML hot milk
100g sugar
125g flour
1egg yolk
17g vegetable oil
25g cacao flour

Sugar glaze:
75g powdered sugar
1 egg white
1 tsp lemon juice

I made them right now but only with cinnamon, cardemome as spices and i then added vanilla essence, and a bit of baking soda. They turned out great🥰
